Đơn vị đang sử dụng lao động xác nhận năng lực thực tế của nhân viên, kết hợp với kết quả đánh giá kiến thức trên hệ thống, làm căn cứ xem xét cấp Giấy chứng nhận VTOS.
The employing organization confirms an employee's real workplace competency, combined with the system's knowledge assessment result, as the basis for VTOS certificate consideration.
Quy trình / Process
Candidate passes a knowledge assessment in "Chinh phục bậc nghề" or has a "VTOS Certification" application.
Candidate sends a confirmation request to their employer's email, directly from their result/application page.
The employer receives an email, fills in their information, and confirms real-world competency via a private link — no login required.
When both the assessment result AND the employer's confirmation are satisfactory, the record is forwarded for VTOS certificate review.

Nếu đơn vị đã sẵn sàng xác nhận năng lực thực tế cho nhân viên nhưng nhân viên chưa thi đạt bài đánh giá kiến thức, đơn vị có thể xác nhận trước — hệ thống sẽ tự động khớp nối khi nhân viên thi đạt sau này.
If your organization is ready to confirm an employee's real-world competency before they pass the knowledge assessment, you can submit your confirmation first — the system will automatically match it once the employee later passes.
